Refunds & Returns Policy for Reiki Reflect

At Reiki Reflect, we are committed to providing quality wellness products and services to our customers. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for product returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the purchase of wellness products (e.g., crystals, candles, incense) from our website Reiki Reflect. Please note that all sales for both products and services, including meditation, chakra balancing, psychic readings, tarot readings, palm readings, and Reiki sessions, are final and nonrefundable.
2. Returns
a. Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
b. Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items (if applicable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Customer Support:
- Email us at help@reikireflect.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
b. Return Authorization:
- Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
c. Shipping:
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds
a. Inspection:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
b. Refund Approval:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
c. Partial Refunds:
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at help@reikireflect.com and send your item to the return address provided.
